Port Adelaide Lighthouse is a lighthouse located on the North Parade of Port Adelaide. It was first lit in 1869 at the entrance to the Port River near Outer Harbor. In 1901, it was moved to the Neptune Islands and relocated to the current location in 1986.

The lighthouse that stands near the end of Commercial Road has a history to match its status as an iconic landmark of Port Adelaide's waterfront. First lit in 1869 near the mouth of the Port River, it replaced a succession of lightships that had operated from the same location since 1840.

Port Adelaide is a port-side region of Adelaide, approximately 14 kilometres (8.7 mi) northwest of the Adelaide CBD. It is also the namesake of the City of Port Adelaide Enfield council, a suburb, a federal and state electoral division and is the main port for the city of Adelaide.

From the lighthouse, walk down Commercial Road to the Port Adelaide Railway Station to catch a train back to Adelaide. The walking route is 14.6km long one-way. This walk is a suggested route, not a marked trail, so you will need to find your own way. From Bowden, the route to the lighthouse is marked continuously as the Outer Harbour Greenway.

The Port Adelaide Lighthouse now stands at the end of commercial road, Port Adelaide, as an exhibit of the South Australian Maritime Museum. This is, however, after almost 120 years serving South Australia's coastlines.

The Port Adelaide Lighthouse originally stood at the mouth to the Port River in Port Adelaide from 1869 until 1901. In 1901 the lighthouse structure was re-located to South Neptune Island. The lantern and lens was used in the new Wonga Shoal Lighthouse built south of the entrance to the Port River.
